Returns will not be accepted due to a change in customer preference. Every action is taken to properly represent color as accurately as possible on all product photography in the Online Store. Personal monitor settings may be to blame if you feel an item you receive does not match what has been presented. We can not be accountable for personal display settings if a case like this arises.
Exchanges will be permitted in the case of a damaged / defective item or if you wish to change your size. Please contact us via email (email@example.com) to initiate the exchange process in this case. If the item originally purchased is no longer available, items may be exchanged for store credit, or any similar item of equal or lesser value. Exchanged merchandise MUST be unworn, unwashed, and should be sent back in proper packaging by a reputable shipping company that offers tracking information.
